Beans
The beans have sprouted!! We go for a second blood test in the morning to make sure HCG levels are doubling correctly. Remaining cautiously hopeful until we hear the heartbeat. {Note: There is a chance it's going to be TWO heartbeats. Yikes!}

NSD
Happy National Scrapbooking Day! It is a beautiful spring day to be enjoyed for sure, inside or out, scrapping or not!
So far, after some early morning yard work, I've spent this glorious Saturday creating my Week in the Life project. I documented Friday, April 16 to Friday, April 23, and I have completed my pages through Tuesday. I'm trying to keep it simple, keep the focus on the journaling and the ordinary but special details of each day. It's not about showing off techniques or showcasing cool new product, it's about capturing our everyday life. I am L*O*V*I*N*G those baseball card collecting divided pages. Such a fantastic way to include lots of photos, and yet the linearity (is that a real word?) keeps it neat, organized, and not too overwhelming. Thanks for being brilliant and inspirational, Ali! I'll show it off once it's all done. Here's one of the full pagers that I also used to enter a NSD challenge on the Studio Calico blog. (Shanni mixed the *perfect* yellow mist for me. She's amazing). Does anything beat a day spent creating? Nope.
